We Get to Know You:

We understand that every customer’s situation is unique. We’ll start by talking with you to learn what you value. We’ll ask questions like, “How long have you had this car?” “What do you use it for?” “Do you enjoy driving it?” “How long do you typically keep your vehicles?” and “Do you depend on your car for your job?” These questions help us develop a customized maintenance plan that fits your specific needs.

We Get to Know Your Car:

As automotive professionals, we believe in empowering you to make informed decisions. Our technicians will thoroughly evaluate your vehicle, leveraging their extensive knowledge of its systems. We’ll provide you with a detailed digital report, including photos of any problem areas (so you can see what we see) and clear recommendations. These recommendations will be categorized in a simple RED (must address today), YELLOW (address today if it fits your budget and plan), and GREEN (no immediate attention needed) format. Once you’ve reviewed the report, call us for a professional consultation to develop a personalized plan.

Drop off your vehicle

Schedule a time that is convenient for you and drop your vehicle off at Auto Rescue. Need a ride to work or a loaner car? We have you covered, all you have to do is ask. We’ll ask you some quick questions at check in.

After we finish our evaluation you’ll get a text message with a link to your report, open it up and check it out! If you’re not that car savvy just focus on
RED (needs attention now)
YELLOW (needs attention soon) and
GREEN (doesn’t need attention).

Approve Repairs

Call us and we’ll give you a professional consultation, we’ll work together to come up with a plan that fits your needs. Once you approve repairs we’ll give you an estimated time of completion!
