David was an absolute gem! We needed a Sprinter van inspection as few flew in to buy the vehicle and realised last minute that the place we booked was terribly far away. David and his team help us out and in what a way! They squeeze us into their schedule, got it done in a breeze and gave us a detailed run down on the inspection. We even got a digital report with picture and all. Cherry on top, they are all such lovely people, felt very well taken care of and David showed he knows his stuff. All the points that I was most interested in he identified himself, spoke to with confident. 100% happy and all for a steal of a price. We don’t find this stuff in California, take advantage of having such a great spot in your town Richmond!

My second experience here, this time with my primary vehicle. Unfortunately, my vehicle needed a major repair, but everyone took great care of me throughout the process. They took the time to literally show me what needed to be fixed, ordered the parts required, and stayed in touch with me throughout. When picking up the vehicle, they offered to ride along with me to make sure I was satisfied. I’ve never experienced service like this at any shop. Auto Rescue has earned my business!

Excellent experience. All parties friendly, from making appointment to in store experience. will be coming back! P.S. I received an email to check a box to give a review, however neither of the two boxes had anything in them so I pushed one and a weird site came up and the second box apparantly was for a bad review so please ignore that response! Have your I.T. people re-do the site.

Today was the second time I've used Auto Rescue Midlothian for maintenance on my car. Both times I found them to be courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough. I believe them to be a very honest auto maintenance shop. They explain everything they do and I have left each time believing I got good value for my money.
